| To login to your webmail, open a
web browser

Internet Explorer
and type in the URL (
Uniform Resource Locator
) into the address bar. For example, if your website address is www.yourdomain.com, your access to webmail will be mail.yourdomain.com. However, this is not necessarily true in all situations. If you cannot find your webmail login, please contact our
support staff
for more help.
(Note: Please use http://web-mail.tznet.com for @tznet.com addresses)
Once you have found T-Net Webmail, you will be greeted with a login screen the same or similar to the following example:
 | Type your User Name (or ID) in the text field beside UserID:, and your password in the text field beside Password:.
Note: Your user name is not necessarily the same as your e-mail address. If you do not know your user name, please contact our support staff. |
On the
T-Net Network
your e-mail address, username, and aliases are all valid UserID's.
Example:

This user can log into his webmail with a UserID of cwcijohn or john.s@cwcinet.com.
If you like, you can click the checkbox next to "use HTTP compression" which can reduce the amount of traffic between our side and you (making slower connections faster).
Once you have entered both of these fields, you can click "Login", or hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard. If you entered your correct UserID and Password, you will be directed to your Inbox.
